Six Flags Over Texas

Six Flags Over Texas is seeking Singers, Dancers, Costumed Characters, and Comedy Performers for our 2026 Holiday in the Park Season! Shows include:

Cool Yule - High Energy Holiday show performing favorite Holiday hits.

Tinker’s Toy Factory - Heartwarming Holiday musical at Santa’s Toy Factory.

Tree Lighting Ceremony - Nightly kickoff celebration show with dancers, singers, and an enormous Christmas tree.

TWAS: A Merry Mishap – Four comical elves re-enact the classic story, “’Twas the Night Before Christmas.”

Mistletones – Trio of songstresses performing Christmas tunes with a 1940s flair.

  • Monday, October 5, 2026 at 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Follow the road until you drive under the blue and white roller coaster and park in the employee parking lot to your left. Walk up to the white Security Post and wait to be escorted to the audition location. You will be required to pass through a metal detector.

Audition Details

  • Pre-register
  • Everyone will be expected to learn and perform a simple dance routine for the audition
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Be prepared to provide any rehearsal or performance conflict dates or times
  • Unless there is an unusual circumstance, additional conflicts outside of pre-approved conflicts are not permitted
  • Email your headshot / resume (if available) to SFOTEntertainment@sftp.com with the Subject Line: HIP Audition Submission.
  • Singers
    • Prepare 16 - 32 bars of a song of their choice, Musical Theatre, Holiday Tunes or Pop
    • Preferably both an up tempo and a ballad
    • May not be asked to sing both due to time
    • Either bring in sheet music for the accompanist or have an instrumental / karaoke track ready to go
    • Audio playback will be available in the audition room
  • Non-singers: Be prepared to sing "Happy Birthday” along with the accompanist
Timeline of Events
  • 5:15 PM: Arrive at the Security Gate
  • 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Registration and completion of Audition Form / Costume Measurements
  • 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM: Mover Combo
  • 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: Dancer Combo / Non-Dancers receive and prepare Sides
  • 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Singing / Reading Sides

You may not be required to stay until 10:00 PM, but please plan to be available until that time.
